Matthew S Laffer DO

Summary

• Dr. Matthew Laffer is excited to join the growing team of renowned dermatologists caring for patients at Denver Dermatology Consultants. He grew up in Michigan and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Sciences. Dr. Laffer then obtained his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, he completed a three-year dermatology residency at the Michigan State University Consortium – Beaumont Hospital, and graduated as the Chief Resident.
  
  Dr. Laffer’s professional interests include skin cancer prevention, screening and treatment, adult and teenage acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and all diseases of the skin. He is excited to bring his patient centered care philosophy and medical, surgical and cosmetic expertise to Denver Dermatology Consultants. He sees patients in both the Thornton and Wheat Ridge office locations.
  
  Dr. Laffer and his wife have a wonderful baby daughter and a playful Old English Sheepdog and are excited to be new residents of Colorado. Dr. Laffer’s hobbies include hiking, cooking, travelling and watching Michigan football.
