Past roles include serving as Medical Director, Chief Quality Officer, and Attending physician at Highland Family Medicine part of Highland Hospital/University of Rochester from 2009 to 2020. Dr. Devine also served as a Medical Director for Accountable Care Partners (AHP) from 2016-2020. Dr. Devine's experience includes urgent care, sports medicine, healthcare quality, and patient-centered care. Dr. Devine has published multiple research articles and has been recognized for his contributions to family medicine care, pain management, quality care and patient-centered medical home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute.
