Summary
- I am a board-certified general psychiatrist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I trained at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where I served as chief resident and completed the women’s mental health track. After completing my training and before starting my own practice, I started a women’s mental health practice at the UT Southwestern Faculty clinic, where I specialized in and trained psychiatric residents in peripartum mood and anxiety disorders as well as other hormonally-mediated women’s issues.
In my own practice, I remain passionate about providing quality care to women at all stages of life. I provide both psychodynamic psychotherapy and medication management and create a tailored treatment plan for each of my patients.
