Summary

• I completed my Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship at MUSC in Charleston, SC, after which I joined the University of Washington Seattle's academic department as a clinical MFM attending. I am a board-certified Ob/Gyn and MFM subspecialist, with a Master of Public Health (MPH) focused in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
  
  My research pursuits have segued into POCUS education in underserved and international regions, the utilization of AI software for teaching obstetric and high risk trainees in ultrasound image acquisition and interpretation, supermorbid obesity and clinical care, and diabetes in pregnancy.
  
  During my quieter days, I review obstetric ultrasound imaging from MedGlobal's outreach sites in Venezuela, Colombia, Pakistan, and Yemen- in an effort to educate healthcare providers and support sustainable, local obstetric care. I plan to be an in-person trainer for 1-2 weeks out of the year, and assist in building a self sufficient network of care providers capable of ultrasound assessment and diagnosis in areas with limited resources.
