Summary
- After 44 years of providing focused prevention primary care to patients, I have now transitioned to offering concierge telemedicine consultation services for patients and physicians in Maryland. I have demonstrated being able to make correct diagnoses for patients who have had years of unusual medical complaints by "thinking outside the box". Examples can be seen by reviewing my publications on the diarrhea occurring after meals being effectively treated with digestive enzymes and the diagnoses of a pericardial diverticulum misdiagnosed as a pericardial cyst. I try to explain conditions to patients in a manner that is easy to understand and enjoy helping patients achieve their best health possible.
