- Dr. Mary Ella Wood is an integrative primary care provider at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Northwestern. She started her career out in general surgery residency, during which she noticed many flaws in the medical system and ultimately changed her career path to pursue integrative medicine. In addition, she is a certified yoga and meditation instructor and has pursued additional training in functional medicine, herbal medicine, integrative nutrition and Ayurveda. She is also passionate about psychedelic medicine — having done research in the field and is the host of The Trip Lab podcast.
