Summary
- I am board certified in Internal Medicine and have a special interest in Diabetes prevention. As clinical director of Woman's Metabolic Health and Research Services, I both identify and treat young women who have increased risk for the development of diabetes. The clinic focuses on women who have a history of Gestational Diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Prediabetes. I am also a primary investigator in several ongoing clinical research grants authored by Karen Elkind-Hirsch, PhD.
