Summary

Martha Gulati, MD, is a cardiologist based in Los Angeles, CA, with subspecialties in preventive cardiology, exercise physiology, and cardiac rehabilitation. She completed her cardiovascular disease fellowship and internal medicine residency at the University of Chicago, following her medical education from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. She holds additional degrees in general science from McMaster University and health studies from the University of Chicago. Currently, she is a professor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has previously held positions at the University of Arizona and Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix. Her expertise includes preventive cardiology, women's cardiovascular health, and obesity-related disorders. Dr. Gulati has contributed to multiple publications and received several awards, including the Women in Cardiology Mentoring Award from the American Heart Association in 2014.
