Summary

• I am a board certified PMHNP who sees adults. I have been directing a post-graduate PMHNP residency for the past year that includes both supervising residents and seeing patients myself across the care continuum. I moved into this position while maintaining a patient load in primary care mental health integration. I am seeking new opportunities because of a family-related move outside of the area of the residency. I have broad clinical, administrative and educational experience across the continuum of psychiatric care. I have started multiple award-winning public and mental health programs from conception to grant acceptance to public funding. I have been teleworking to my current position for the past few months since my move. However, having now located my successor, it is time to seek new opportunities. I am open to both virtual and local positions in the DMV (DC metro), or virtually anywhere in the United States. I am a team player who is an early technology adopter having formerly been a medical editor in Tokyo before others were extensively using electronic means of communication. I have personally lived and worked on three continents and from life experience realize the social and cultural barriers that individuals face when integrating into a new environment. I am passionate about holistic health care and the importance of acceptance, inclusion and improvement of individual and population health. My ideal position would likely be a combination of administrative and clinical roles and/or program development as I dearly love the creation of new opportunities to improve health care.
