- Dr. Denzine is a fellowship trained adult hip and knee reconstruction specialist from the Cleveland Clinic. During his medical school education, he was elected into the Sigma Sigma Phi honor society while attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He remained at PCOM for his residency training in orthopedic surgery and received the Dr. Ira Sachs “Road Less Travelled” Award for outstanding leadership as a Chief Resident. Prior to medical school, Dr. Denzine lived in Washington, DC and was a Certified Physician Assistant in orthopedics, specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. He participates in orthopedic research and has published articles in the field of arthroplasty.
A native of Cleveland Ohio, Dr. Denzine obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont while also playing NCAA Div I baseball. As a co-captain, he was an American East 2nd team All-Conference recipient and received the Ralph LaPointe Dedication award. He resides locally and enjoys time with his wife and two sons, coaching little league, reading, cooking and is an avid sports fan.
Clinical interests include total hip and knee replacements, revision hip and knee replacements, partial knee replacements, periprosthetic fractures, total joint infections, extensor mechanism reconstruction, knee arthroscopy, hip fractures, joint injections and general fracture care.
