Summary

• I have recently completed 30 years as a pediatric hospitalist at Kaiser Panorama City, which I began after running the Pediatric ICU at LAC/USC as faculty. I believe I was one of the first pediatric hospitalists in the country, and I was certainly one before the term existed. I know I was one of the first physician hired by Kaiser to do all inpatient and delivery room, and was recruited by one of my former LA County attendings, Al Lieberthal, MD. After 30 years of inpatient, NICU, and ER work, in November of 2015 I moved forward to my new occupation as a developer of internet television. Many of my old colleagues will remember my other creative interests. The tide rises, the tide falls.
