Summary
- I am a pediatric hematologist with a clinical focus in treating children and adolescents with sickle cell disease and other non-malignant blood disorders. I have specific interest in blood transfusion therapy for the treatment and prevention of complications in sickle cell disease. To that end, I am doing additional clinical training in Transfusion Medicine through Emory University School of Medicine's fellowship program. My specific Transfusion Medicine interests include immunohematology and alloimmunization, RH genetics, and chronic transfusion therapy.
