Summary
- I am a Board certified Allergist-Immunologist with clinical expertise in asthma and allergic diseases in children and adults; and fellowship training in health services research, quality improvement and implementation science. My clinical expertise was developed through my training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I also rotated through Boston Children’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals. I have unique experience in an active, inpatient Allergy consultation where our service provides guidance on allergic and immunologic diseases, such as drug allergy with skin testing/challenge/desensitization, immunodeficiencies, mast cell disorders and asthma. I provide Allergy content expertise to our hospital system’s ongoing project to remediate allergy documentation in our electronic medical record system. I am also a health services researcher, with a focus on developing interventions to reduce racial disparities and improve health outcomes in low-income underrepresented minority children with asthma.
