Summary

• I am a board certified general pediatrician, with additional training and expertise in pediatric mental and behavioral health. I completed medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2000, and residency in general pediatrics at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, NY in 2003. In 2021, I completed and intensive training at Project TEACH intended to educate primary care pediatric providers in common behavioral and mental health conditions. Since then, I have been regularly enrolled in a variety of continuing education programs at major teaching hospitals and American Academy Of Child And Adolescent Psychiatry.
  
  In January 2023, after spending 20 years in general pediatrics, I opened up my own practice solely dedicated to pediatric mental and behavioral health, where I provide this care in a thorough and comprehensive way. I closely evaluate the child's and the family's concerns, the child's physical health, their daily routines and lifestyle, their academics and social life, family history, family dynamics and parenting style. My experience as a general pediatrician adds to my ability to see the child as a whole that they are - an individual, a family member, a member of a peer group. It helps me connect both with the child and the parent, in order to find a solution to their challenge together.
