Summary
- I am a heart failure cardiologist and have a particular interest in diastolic heart failure or "heart failure with preserved ejection fraction". I care for patients with heart failure in Mayo's heart failure clinic and advanced heart failure hospital service, do echocardiography and do research in heart failure. My research includes clinical trials, clinical research and laboratory research focused on defining the pathophysiology of heart failure and development of novel heart failure treatments including gene therapy.
