Summary
- As a physician, I am drawn to the health care delivery and business aspects of medicine and how these can be streamlined in order to maximize the experience of patients and physicians. With my strong administrative skills, I coordinate Admissions & Enrollment at Western University of Health Sciences in the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP).
Education has always been central to how I approach patient care, especially in terms of prevention and improving clinical outcomes. It is also why I have gravitated to an academic environment. I enjoy shaping the next generation of physicians at time when the healthcare delivery system is undergoing significant transformation.
I have a strong interest in lifestyle medicine and wellness and how nutrition and exercise can be used in the treatment and prevention of disease.
Ultimately, I am interested in pursuing opportunities that allow me to blend my business and medical acumen and make a difference in healthcare delivery and education.
