  • A Transplant Fellowship-Trained General Surgeon, my practice over the last two decades has focused on vascular access for dialysis - initial evaluation with ultrasound assessment; creation and maturation of AV fistulas; placement of AV grafts; assessment and treatment of problem dialysis accesses, including central stenosis or occlusion, steal with digital ischemia, high flow fistulas, aneurysmal changes and complications.
