- I am currently the Vice Chair for Faculty in the Department of Pediatrics at Duke University School of Medicine and a faculty leader in the Trial Innovation Center and the Pediatric Trials Network at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. I earned my medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and pediatric and subspecialty training in pediatric rheumatology at the AI duPont Hospital for Children/Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. During fellowship, I obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Epidemiology degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I completed an additional fellowship in pediatric clinical pharmacology at Children’s Mercy, Kansas City, where I also served as Division Director of Rheumatology and Associate Chair for the Department of Pediatrics, prior to transferring to Duke in 2019.
