I was the organization's leader regarding clinical decisions, including evidence-based research to assess cases deviating from accepted standards of care having examined over 4,000 claims. In addition, completed 3 years at the VA Black Hills Health Care System where I oversaw strategies to promote patient centered, team-based action plans for the treatment of pain, spine injury, and various neurodegenerative disorders. Most recently served as medical director for the New Mexico Rehabilitation Center, a specialty hospital operated by the Department of Health, devoted to a wide range of inpatient medical rehabilitation services and inpatient chemical dependency treatment programs.
