Summary
- I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with expertise in the psychotherapy and psychopharmacology of anxiety and depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and performance/sports related problems. My clinical approach is to provide tailored treatment that meets the unique, individual needs of each patient -- with the aim of helping patients toward greater wellness and fulfillment in life through a trusting and collaborative environment. This may involve psychotherapy alone, combination psychotherapy and medication treatment, or psychopharmacology alone. I am also experienced in the treatment of collegiate and professional athletes, performers in the arts, business executives, and physicians/surgeons.
