My expertise is in drug testing forensics, SUD treatment planning, Consulting Medical Directorships with treatment facilities, and I have served for more than 20 years in national government agencies on national advisory Council‘s including SAMHSA, NIDA, CSAT, and NIAAA. More than 20 years experience as Expert Witness in legal cases involving SUD and many publications including journal articles, text book chapters, National protocols and treatment guidelines. Drug Testing guidelines and Medical Review (Certified MRO).
