Summary
- My clinical interests are device therapies for heart failure. I successfully built a thriving integrated program of mechanical circulatory support, hemodynamic monitoring and remote monitoring for heart failure.
Together with my colleagues in Bioengineering, I am developing new sensors and devices for heart failure patients.
My research area is cardiovascular epidemiology with a special focus on heart failure and sudden cardiac death in women.
