- I have a Master of Science degree for Advanced Practice Nursing from Nova southeastern University (summa cum laude, 2018). Spent a significant portion of my undergraduate career working in cardiology, cardiovascular intensive care and oncology nursing. Worked in various other healthcare settings, including discharge planning, health assessment as well as currently with high risk breast cancer management. In addition to my current role, pre-genetic education to ensure that all patients are assessed for risk and receive appropriate genetic counseling and testing. My goal is to identify individuals and families at risk for morbidity and mortality. I have been in the healthcare field for over 14 years as a Licensed practical Nurse, Registered Nurse and now a Nurse Practitioner. I continue to add knowledge and passion for patient-centered care. Outside of patient care, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and working out.
