- Lillian Liang Emlet is the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine-Critical Care Medicine fellowship of the MCCTP (Multidisciplinary Critical Care Training Program) and Co-Director of the VA Pittsburgh’s Interprofessional Advanced Fellowship in Clinical Simulation. Her simulation areas of expertise are in rapid response team leadership, palliative end-of-life communication, and difficult airway management. She is a VitalTalk trained faculty, and teaches communication skills for healthcare providers in intensive care and emergency medicine. Lillian has extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and guiding healthcare professionals locally and nationally in EM/CCM and careers in medical education.
Lillian is also the Founder and CEO of Transforming Healthcare Coaching, which provides professional coaching to healthcare professionals of all disciplines & specialties. As a certified professional energy leadership coach, Lillian has a holistic view of seeing the opportunities, nurturing a growth mindset, and helping individuals, groups, and teams discover their true potential.
