I am an Internal Medicine Physician who established a new Federally Qualified Health Center clinic. I currently practice outpatient Internal Medicine in an underserved area while also taking on various administrative and leadership responsibilities. I manage a diverse team, including a nurse practitioner, optometrist, clinical pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants, and social workers, and develop protocols to enhance patient care, improve clinic quality metrics, reduce no-show rates, and maximize efficiency. Additionally, I lead a self-designed, evidence-based Obesity Medicine program that integrates medical weight management with supervised behavioral and dietary support, offering a comprehensive approach to patient care.
