• Dr. Leo Keegan is a plastic surgeon based in New York, NY, specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He has particular expertise in and breast reconstruction, breast reduction, abdominoplasty as well as cosmetic surgery of the face and body. He graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, completed a Residency in General Surgery at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, followed by a residency in Plastic Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
