Summary

  • I am a board certified Family Physician with a certificate of added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine. I practiced full time in Columbus, GA from 1980-2005-retiring 4/1/2005. Over the past few years I assisted in the development of our community's first free medical clinic-serving on the board of directors for several years. I became involved as Laboratory Director and Center Medical Director for area Plasma Centers and served as a Divisional Medical director for Grifols Plasma Operations.
    I continue to enjoy travel/ time @ home on the Chattahouchee River/playing golf/ and enjoying my Family and 8 grandchildren. I maintain a part-time medical practice within a Community Health Center and continue to serve as Medical Director for 2 area plasma Centers. Life has been rewarding thru my career in Medicine and volunteer programs within the Columbus, GA community.
