Summary

• I am a board certified (ABA) anesthesiologist and have been practicing for 24 years. I have anesthesia experience in general, orthopedic, OB-GYN,(including labor epidurals, spinal anesthesia), urology, ENT, pediatrics, ophthalmic, plastics, vascular, and neurosurgery. In addition, I am proficient in using ultrasound for a number of peripheral nerve blocks including brachial plexus, median nerve, femoral nerve, fascia iliacus, peng, adductor canal, popliteal, ankle, pec 1 and 2, and tap blocks.
  I am the current, (2022-), and a previous, (1/1/16-1/1/18), Chairman of the Jackson Madison County General Hospital anesthesia department. While chairman, I co- authored the protocol for the Pre-anesthesia Testing Clinic for preoperative laboratory, ECG, and CXR requirements, preanesthesia evaluation, medication instructions, and medical/cardiac consult requirements. I also served on the colon ERAS committee and was responsible for developing the anesthesia portion of the protocol and am currently serving on the orthopedic ERAS committee.
  My practice currently uses the Cerner system for electronic medical record keeping.
  I am interested in finding a new position and am willing to relocate.
