- Dr. Laura McLaughlin specializes in bone marrow transplantation for pediatric patients with non-malignant conditions including immune dysregulation disorders, bone marrow failure syndromes, immunodeficiencies and autoimmunity. She is also particularly interested in histiocytic disorders and Castleman disease. Her current research is centered on developing and testing novel pre-transplant conditioning regimens which reduce transplant-related toxicity and decrease the incidence of graft failure.
