Dr. Laura Gaffney is a psychiatrist based in Baltimore, MD. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt from 1996 to 1999, after earning her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1995. She also completed an internship in internal medicine at Wellspan Health/York Hospital from 1995 to 1996. Dr. Gaffney has extensive experience in treating eating disorders. She currently practices at her private office, Laura Gaffney MD, and the Baltimore VAMC. Previously, she was a psychiatrist at the Center for Eating Disorders from 1999 to 2020.
