Dr. Steven Thomas is certified by the American Board of Radiology with a Certificate of Advanced Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
His clinical interest is in Interventional Radiology and includes percutaneous stent graft repair of thoracic and abdominal aneurysms, treatment of peripheral vascular disease, minimally invasive treatment of liver and kidney tumors, and treatment of venous insufficiency (varicose veins).
Dr. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a transitional year internship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville, followed by a Radiology Residency at the University of Mississippi and a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Virginia.
