Dr. Landrey Fagan, MD, is a Family Medicine physician opening Four Mile Creek Health, a direct primary care clinic in Boulder, CO, with a focus on metabolic health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Fagan specializes in Family Medicine with subspecialties in Addiction Medicine, Obstetrics, Women’s Health, and Complementary and Integrative Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, followed by a fellowship in Obstetrics at Lawrence General Hospital.

With over 16 years of clinical experience, Dr. Fagan has worked in underserved community health centers and is currently employed at AdventHealth Avista. Her expertise includes addiction medicine, high-risk pregnancy management, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and contraception. Dr. Fagan has published research on opiate addiction treatment in pregnancy and received the Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance between 2014 and 2016.

At Four Mile Creek Health, Dr. Fagan integrates metabolic health and personalized hormone management to provide whole-person care, drawing on her extensive background in women’s health and family medicine.
