I am a board certified internist practicing general internal medicine in a hybrid primary-care/hospitalist model in rural Wyoming. I currently serve as: the Medical Director for my hospital's Home Health & Hospice department; Medical Director of the Sheridan Health Center (an underserved clinic); chairman of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee; and physician lead for the Dementia Friendly Communities effort in Sheridan.
