- Kristin Stackpole M.D., FAAP graduated from Miami University, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Genetics. She then obtained her Medical Doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. After medical school, she moved to Cincinnati where she completed her Pediatric Residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She began her pediatric career working in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital’s Emergency Department. Dr. Stackpole left the Emergency Department after 13 years to pursue her passion for preventative health through healthy lifestyle by working for The Center for Better Health and Nutrition at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She has been a physician with The Center for Better Health and Nutrition at Cincinnati Children’s since 2012. She is certified in Obesity Medicine in addition to Pediatrics. Her career focus is patient care. However, she is involved in research through the Center for Better Health and Nutrition, community outreach, and education.
