• LeeAnn Canady is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in spine surgery serving Brunswick and surrounding counties. LeeAnn completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations including the American Academy of PAs, the North and South Carolina Academy of PAs, as well as the Association of Neurosurgical PAs. In addition to working alongside Dr. Cahill in both the clinic and operating room, she is also adjunct faculty for the Medical University of South Carolina PA program. As a Neurosurgical PA she conducts clinical evaluations, examinations, assists Dr. Cahill in surgery, and cares for patients pre- and post-operatively.
