Dr. Krina Patel is an oncologist based in Houston, TX with a subspecialty in Hematologic Oncology. She completed her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, a fellowship in Hematology, and Medical Oncology, among other extensive training programs at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She formerly acted as the Assistant Professor at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and has been an Associate Professor at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center since 2020. Dr. Patel specializes in treating plasma cell dyscrasias; her research involves immunotherapy such as cellular therapies and bispecific T cells engagers. She is a published author with a variety of articles in notable medical journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Blood, Lancet Haematology and the British Journal of Haematology, among others.
