- Kitty O'Hare, MD FAAP FACP, is an experienced Med-Peds physician executive based in the Triangle region of North Carolina. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2008 after graduating from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. She completed an Innovation Fellowship at the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care. Currently, she serves as a Senior Medical Director at Duke Primary Care and as Medical Assistant Professor at Duke University School of Medicine. Her expertise includes health care service delivery, medical education, population health, and patient-centered medical homes. Her contributions to medical literature include several publications, notably on transitions of care for adults with childhood-onset chronic conditions.
