Summary
- I am an integrative, functional, mind-body medicine physician specializing in the care of women. I offer advanced functional medicine testing, energy medicine, shamanic medicine and somatic bodywork to assist in healing.
I teach meditation, EFT, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork and other modalities to help supercharge the body's ability to heal itself.
I offer bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, body composition scanning, health and nutrition coaching, and advanced functional medicine testing.
I form partnerships with my patients and offer programs and memberships to assist them in creating lifelong health transformation.
In addition, I offer health and wellness and spiritual life coaching to women across the globe.
I mentor female physicians who are looking for something more out of life and their career. I help them to decide whether they want to stay in traditional medicine and make changes or career shifts within the standard medical arena.
I support them if they make the decision to get out and start a new career. I empower them to follow their dreams and desires and I assist them in creating a new path for themselves.
For those physicians who are undecided and feel scared, lost, confused, disenchanted and alone, I offer them the guidance, encouragement, and training to be able to move into their dharma with grace and ease.
