• Kiera R. Dortch, MSN-FNP brings over a decade of patient advocacy and nursing experience to her current role as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. In this advanced practice clinical role as a family medicine/primary care provider, Ms. Dortch treats patients of all ages for minor illnesses and injuries and works with them and their families to develop strategies for their continued health and wellness. She has been a member of the Christiana Care team since 2019.
  
  Ms. Dortch earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE; she also studied nursing at Delaware State University in Dover, DE. Her past clinical roles as a registered nurse include caring for adults in a wide range of clinical settings, including as a traveling nurse and in ambulatory infusion services and critical care, among other roles.
  
  Currently residing in Delaware, Ms. Dortch is deeply excited to remain at Christiana Care in her new role as an advanced practice clinician, dedicating herself to bettering patient outcomes and providing medical care that will ultimately lead to a healthier community.
