• I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I have always had a strong passion for mental and behavioral health, which began early in my career as a Behavioral Health Technician. I then became a Registered Nurse, deepening my knowledge and skills before earning my certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My journey in the field has provided me with a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of various aspects of mental health care, having worked across crisis, hospital, and outpatient settings.
  
  I am now dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to adults aged 18 and older. I create unique treatment plans customized to each patient by combining evidence-based practices, supportive therapy, and medication management to help them achieve mental wellness. I believe in treating the mind, body, and soul as interconnected elements of well-being, aiming to improve mental health, enhance self-worth, and foster a balanced life.
  
  My approach is grounded in trust and a strong commitment to positively impacting my patients' lives. I understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where patients can openly voice their concerns. I am able to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders ranging from mild to severe, with a primary focus on treating Depression, PTSD, General and Social Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Postpartum Depression.
