- I am a board certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist and National Clinical Pharmacy Program Manager with the Veterans Health Administration. In this role, I review and present new antimicrobials and vaccines for formulary considerations and co-lead the VA's National Antimicrobial Stewardship Task Force. I am involved with several ongoing VHA research projects as an operational advisor.
