Summary
- I am a board-certified Neurologist, and Movement disorders specialist, with a track record of an academic career in human gene discovery (Neurodegenerative diseases). I am a Medical Officer managing grants and contracts for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) at the NIH. I do not currently have a clinical practice. In the past I have worked clinically in both academics and private practice. Projects I have managed and am managing include the NINDS Human DNA and Cell Line Repository, The NINDS Parkinson's Disease Biomarkers Program, and the North American Mitochondrial Disease Consortium, among many others.
