Hello! My name is Kathleen "Kay" Hua. I am a double board-certified Adult Psychiatrist and Addiction Psychiatrist, licensed to practice in the states of NY and CA. My integrative approach blends evidence-based practices in Western medicine and mind-body therapies to promote holistic healing and wellness. I give extra attention to providing a safe space for honest conversation and self-exploration.

During my career, I have served as a consultant psychiatrist specializing in trauma-informed care for survivors of violence; an attending physician supervising clinical trainees/students; and an advocate for health equity and social justice.

My skillset is uniquely enhanced by my background as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and completion of additional trainings/certifications in plant-based nutrition and psychedelic therapy.
