I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Tree of Life Mental Wellness is an outpatient telehealth psychiatry practice for adults 18 and over in Virginia. Services include assessments, diagnosis, and lifestyle and medication management using a secure telehealth platform. Self-pay rates are $300 for 60 minute initial intake appointments and $150 for 30 minute follow-up appointments. Superbills will be provided for your insurance submission.
