- I am a functional medicine doctor who is passionate about bringing hope back into a person’s health journey. Trying to stay healthy in today's world can be very challenging and there is a lot of information out there. I help take the guess work out of the ‘how to’ when it comes to your health and wellness.

Health is a continuum that is impacted by many things- lifestyle, diet, stress, movement, sleep, genetics, community etc. Together we will explore all of these factors to find the root causes of your symptoms and curate a personalized 'Fuel Your Well' plan to get you back on track.
