Summary

  • As a double ABA certified physician in pain management and Anesthesia with 19 years of experience, I am fully aware of the breadth, scope, and significance in providing optimal patient care and the logistical aspects for providing the most efficient quality healthcare. Throughout the years, I have experienced several avenues of managed care that have been valuable tools in the progression of the medical education. After 2 years of Neurology residency and completing an Anesthesia residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, I sought a pain fellowship training to enhance my scope in patient treatment and diagnosis. I then practiced several years in the private practice settings, became the director of the Pain Management Clinic in Winchester Hospital 2002-2004, followed by opening a private clinic in Lexington Kentucky 2004-2008. I also worked in the VA Medical center in both Anesthesia and Pain Management working with Veteran patients till 2012, I am currently work as a director of Saint Joseph pain and rehabilitation center in Saint Joseph Hospital from 2013 till now. My plan is to continue focus and dedicate more time to solely Interventional Pain Management care
