Dr. Karen Hoerst is a neurologist in Douglassville, PA. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel Medical College), and completed her residency in Neurology and fellowship in Vascular Neurology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is board certified in both General Neurology and Vascular Neurology. She has experience with both inpatient and outpatient management of the general neurology and stroke neurological disease and has leadership experience as the Medical Director of a Joint Commission Certifiec Primary Stroke Center. Other interests include telemedicine, community education, and medicolegal/quality issues related to Neurological disease.
