Summary

• I am a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner currently working as the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at RubiconMD, a multi-specialty eConsult platform. I have implemented various clinical quality initiatives to improve specialty care access to multiple primary care clinics within the United States. I strive to optimize patient centric healthcare workflows with data-driven enhancements.
  
  Throughout my nursing career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings and continue to mentor incoming nursing and premed students as they explore the medical profession. I am fortunate to be able to practice medicine in the Ventura County Health Care Agency Ambulatory Care Setting. As an Oxnard native, my goal is to give back to my community and ensure our county’s patient population meets their own health goals and needs.
  
  I am a passionate advocate for the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) profession. I have served as the Los Angeles Chapter President of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and currently serve in both their National Nominations Committee and Pediatric APRN Workforce Workgroup. I received my graduate degree in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and my Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
