- Dr. Alazem is born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and MD degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his residency training in Urological Surgery at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, Massachusetts.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association and the North Central Section of the AUA. He is on the medical staff at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and Presence Resurrection Medical Center.
He has expertise in the management of all of general urology including but not limited to kidney stone disease, BPH, voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, infertility, vasectomies, female urology, reconstructive urology, kidney and ureteral cancer, adrenal tumors, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and penile cancer. He has extensive training in robotic and minimally invasive surgery, and strives to provide the highest level of personalized care with dedication, skill and commitment.
