- LtCol Justin G. Peacock, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and the Radiological Sciences at the Uniformed Services University, Associate Program Director of the Radiology Residency at the National Capital Consortium, and Department Head of Military Medical Operations department at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI). He came to AFRRI after serving as the Nuclear Medicine Fellowship Program Director and Assistant Program Director of quality improvement and patient safety in the Diagnostic Radiology residency in the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium.
LtCol Peacock graduated with a BS in Biochemistry with Honors from Brigham Young University in 2004. He then entered Yale University, where he obtained a PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in 2010. He received his MD in 2014 from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Dr. Peacock went on to a Transitional Year internship, Diagnostic Radiology residency, and Nuclear Medicine fellowship in the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium.
